Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt. It may vary depending on product and quantity ordered. Custom orders can rewuire up to 5+ days for processing

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location.

 Returns

All custom sales are final.

We will accept returns of items with preprinted graphics. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned defect-free in their original packaging. Return shipping fees are not covered by Pristine Engraving.

Returns of Defective Products

We stand by the quality of our products and workmanship. If you feel you have received an item that is damaged, defective, or not of the quality we promised, we will offer a full refund. 

If you feel your item is defective, please take a picture of the defects and send to info@pristineengraving.com. We will investigate the issue and proceed with your refund.
